Dafür gibt's CovImgCPC, DaDither, Graphic Wizard CPC, etc. JavaCPC kann das sicher auch.

Die neueste Version ConvImgCPC (1.0.7718) ist sehr umfangreich und hat klasse Einstellmöglichkeiten und extreme coole Dither-Effekte.
