Data processed

Purpose of processing

Data is processed only to provide and secure JAMSI: login and sessions, email activation, account management, storage of emulator/HDD data, spam protection and deletion requests.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies and browser storage that are technically necessary for operation.

Registration and email activation

Registration requires a username and email address. After registration, an activation link is sent to that address. This is used to verify the email address and to prevent spam or disposable email addresses. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Uploaded files and HDD data

Uploaded images, saved machines and files in virtual drives are stored on this JAMSI server to provide the emulator and account features. These data are associated with the respective account.

Deletion

Users can request account deletion from their profile. The account is then deactivated and marked for final deletion by an admin or moderator. Final deletion removes the account, machines and HDD data. Data that must be retained by law remains blocked or restricted until the retention period expires.

Service providers, third parties and external links

JAMSI does not use tracking, advertising or analytics services. The server’s mail service is technically involved when sending activation emails. External links lead to third-party content over which JAMSI has no control.

Data-subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, port or delete your data where no legal retention obligation applies. Send a message to admin@cpcwiki.de. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
